Arizona Community Reinvestment Collaborative is seeking grant proposals from emerging organizations that are looking to broaden the reach and impact of a small business development program.
Available Funding
- One grant of $30,000 will be awarded for 2025.
Application Deadline
- Thursday, April 17, 2025 by noon MST
Organization Eligibility
- Have 501(c)3 status or an established fiscal sponsorship to meet this requirement.
- Be domiciled in Arizona.
- Have experience working in the communities served by this proposal.
- Have experience managing grant funding.
- Have annual revenue of between $100,000 and $2 million for the past two fiscal years, verifiable through Guidestar or with financials provided upon request.
- Have not previously received funding from the Arizona Community Reinvestment Collaborative.
Proposal Eligibility
Proposals must meet all of the following criteria:
- Support capacity building for a small business development program, with a preference for programs that serve microenterprises.
- Serve a community in Maricopa, Pinal or Pima county.
- Be eligible for the Community Reinvestment Act, defined by serving clients or Census tracts that are Low Income, Moderate Income, or Middle Income Distressed and/Underserved.
- Have a timeline that falls between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026.
- Demonstrate impact from this one-time funding.

- Answer a brief grant application at https://lisc.tfaforms.net/1384 including uploading a 1-2 page narrative. The narrative should include: (1) an introduction to your organization, the communities you serve and needs you address; and (2) how you will use this funding to make a significant impact on your organization’s capacity and/or program outcomes, including key activities and how outcomes will be measured.
- By submitting an application letter, you agree to engage in the grant process outlined below including providing the information necessary for Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) Phoenix to execute a grant agreement and disburse funds and following the terms and conditions of the grant agreement from LISC.
